  My pinoy wife and I want to sell our house in Newtown Estate Brgy Pardo (Pob.) Cebu City, Cebu 6000. The house has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms built on 2 lots of land. Floor area 433 sqm and Land area 720 sqm. The selling price is PHP 24 million.

  The 2 lots and dwelling are registered in my wife’s name. We do not have any mortgage over the titles of the 2 lots and dwelling. My wife and I own the 2 lots and property outright. All taxes have been paid.

  Please inform us about the total costs for your brokerage service to sell our property? We want to include a YouTube property sales video presentation by yourself and Shellavy.
