- Official CLI SPA - this is a requirement if the buyer is not present during the reservation transaction; to be filled-up completely with the Principal buyer's name and signature; Buyers Info. Sheet - to be filled up completely and signed by the buyer on the 3rd page;

- 1 primary ID with 3 specimen signature ( both spouses if married );
- Proof of TIN : BIR ID or ITR or BIR Form 1904 or 2316 or COR ( both spouses if married )
- Reservation Fee (cash, check or online deposit; for online deposit please ensure submission of deposit slip to sales frontliner for proper tagging of payment
Payment Options:
- Option 2: SPOT CASH Payable within 30 calendar days after reservation date, with 8% Discount on List Price. Transfer Charges will be paid before turn-over of the unit.
- Option 3: SPOT DP Spot 10% downpayment with 8% discount on DP. Balance thru bank financing. Transfer Charges will be paid prior to turn-over.
- Option 6: straight monthly 10% downpayment on TCP spread over 48 equal monthly payments (inclusive of Transfer Charges) for Tower 2 and 42 equal monthly payments for Towers 3 & 4. Balance through bank financing.
