With an area size of 16 square meters, an inverter type air-conditioner and a wood laminated built-in cabinets with soft-closed mechanism will be provided to both rooms.

Common Toilet and Bathroom
Located at the second floor, this is the shared bathroom of both bedrooms 1 & 2. It has ceramic floor and wall tiles.
With an area size of approximately 5 square meters, a fabricated lavatory and a hot and cold shower is provided in this bathroom.
Guest Room
Wood laminated cabinets with soft-closed mechanism is also provided. The room has an area size of approximately 12 square meters.
It has its own toilet and bath that has an area size of 4.26 square meters.
Master's Bedroom

A hardwood main entrance door with glass in between will also be provided to complete the modern contemporary look of this beautiful home as the powder room will be placed under the staircase.
Handrails on the modern floating staircase are made of aluminum rust proof railing and tempered glass on the sides while the flooring of this staircase is made of wooden blocks.
Kitchen and Dining
Kitchen countertop is furnished with quartz, while wood laminates is presented for the base and particleboards for the overhead cabinets. (Rangehood is provided.)
